Is this hitch appropriate WTH all wheel drive on my 2020 Genesis G80?

Yes, the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12165 will fit your 2020 Genesis G80 whether it's all wheel drive or just two wheel drive.
Attached are the instructions but if you let me know what you plan on using the hitch for I'd be more than happy to make a recommendation for you.
