Is Multi-Purpose Access Door Waterproof

Question:
Can this door be installed horizontally and still be waterproof? In other words, is the hinge waterproof if it is installed with the hinge side up?

No because the Multi-Purpose Access Door - 18-1/8" Wide x 20-1/2" Tall - White # SE36VR is not waterproof it is water resistant.
You can install it horizontally and the hinge will be water resistant if installed with the hinge side up but the access door # SE36VR is not waterproof.
