Will the14250 install without relocating the spare tire on a 2006 freight liner sprinter chassis 158inch wb single wheel model 2500shc with a Gulf Stream camper package. What wiring harness do you recommend

You should not have to relocate the spare on the 158 inch wheelbase models of the 2006 Freightliner Sprinter when installing Curt trailer hitch # 14250. However, it is always a possibility there will be interference because of slight differences amongst vehicles. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
To add trailer wiring use # C59496. I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK2216. It comes with a ball mount, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
