An AS-13M is an older Ventline model so I recommend just replacing it with a MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent # MA00-03851. This powered vent features a rain shield that will allow you to use your vent in any weather or even while driving.
The LED ring light will offer extra light to see in your trailer or just offer a nice accent. I do recommend picking up some Butyl Tape # 344270341410-1 and Self Leveling Sealant # 34427034145-1 to complete your installation as the vent will only come with the screws for mounting it in place.
