The Super Springs Front Axle Helper Springs # CSS-1069F that you referenced will fit your 2011 Toyota Tundra and come in a set of 2.

Installation is pretty basic (I have attached the instructions) and requires that you raise the Tundra front end to unload the suspension to allow the helper springs to be placed inside the turns of the front coil springs.

You will need a floor jack, two appropriately-rated jack stands and four wheel chocks to stabilize the rear wheels. You will not need a front end alignment as a result of installing this kit, but we do strongly suggest getting a front end alignment when the plowing season is over.
