Question:

I have a 2022 RAV4 hybrid limited with a lift gate. I am looking for a Class 2 hitch with good ground clearance that also doesn’t interfere with the lift gate sensors. I want Class 2 as my max towing weight is only 1500 pounds and I am trying to get the lightest weight added to the vehicle as possible.

It's not by much but the Draw Tite Class II hitch part # 36675 has the better ground clearance compared to the Curt # C66KR that fits your 2022 Toyota Rav4. The Draw Tite has 12-1/4 inches from top of hitch opening to ground whereas the Curt has 12 inche.
