Can I Use the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XTB with a Perigon Tonneau Cover?

Hi, I have a 2022 gmc 2500. I am looking to purchase the Thule sliding truck rack the deportee. I currently have the perigon tonneau cover. They said the Thule Trac One rack would be compatible. Do both racks use the same base rail system?

While I am not sure what exact model of Perigon tonneau cover you have or what you mean by the Thule deportee cover, the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XTB is not compatible with tonneau covers. This is because the clamps on the TracONE extend inside the bed and clamp over the bed rails. I went ahead and attached a video that gives you an idea about how the clamps install at timestamp 3:38.
The only solution of a ladder rack that is compatible with your cover is if your Perigon model leaves your 2500's stake pockets completely open for stake-pocket mounted accessories. If this is the case, the absolute best option is the Adarac Pro Series # A4003991 (6-foot beds) or # A4004151 (8-foot beds). This is because not only does the Pro Series avoid the use of the bed rails, it also has supports that stand straight up. With the straight supports, you will not have rubbing or interference with the base rails that you would have with other angled bases like the Thule TracRac SR models.
