Im seeking recommendation on a roof basket for my 2007 Subaru Outback wagon, along with connectors to mount to the existing rails. All suggestions welcomed!

I did some checking and for your 2007 Subaru Outback Wagon that has the factory roof rack with crossbars that run from left to right our baskets like the Thule Canyon XT part # TH859XT and Yakima MegaWarrior part # Y07080 are a confirmed fit. These are two really great medium sized baskets that measure around 40 inch by 50 inch. We also have larger ones like the Canyon XT with extension part # TH859XT-8591XT and the MegaWarrior Extra Large part # Y07080-82.
If you didn't have factory crossbars on your roof and instead just had raised rails that run front to back you'd need a set of crossbars too with the Curt roof rack part # C18118.
