Question:
I have a 27ft 2002 jayco jayhawk with a 450 chassis, I want to pull a 18 ft car trailer with a tongue weight of about 500 lbs..which of the products would be best to help stabilize the Rv?

Expert Reply:
To stabilize your car trailer behind your Jayco Jayhawk I recommend the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BLU36FR. This weight distribution system has built-in sway control that limits side-to-side movement of your trailer. It has a tongue weight range of 200 lbs - 600 lbs and a maximum capacity of 6,000 lbs. This will do a far better job of addressing stability when pulling a trailer than the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TFRSD you were looking at. It will also not effect your ride quality when you are not towing a trailer.
