Yes, the Lets Go Aero NEO2 2-Bike Rack # B01748 will fit your 2011 Subaru Forester with either a 1-1/4 or 2 inch hitch. This bike carrier has a 1-1/4 inch shank, however, if you have a 2 inch receiver opening, the rack comes with an adapter sleeve to accommodate 2 inch receivers.

I have attached a brief installation video.

This unique wheel-mount rack provides over a foot of clearance at the back of your vehicle, great if you have mountain bikes or beach cruisers that have wide handlebars.
