Your wheel has a 5 on 5-1/2 lug pattern. The only wheel we have with that pattern is the Steel Solid Center Trailer Wheel - 10" x 6" Rim - 5 on 5-1/2 - White item # AM20053. This is a 10" steel wheel. It has 4" pilot hole which won't be a problem because this is a lug driven wheel.
For a great tire to go with this wheel you will want the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 205/65-10 - Load Range E item # AM1HP56.
