Recommended Expansion Kit For A Go Power 55 Watt Expansion/GP-PWM-10-SQ
Published 05/24/2022 >
Question:
Dear etrailer, We own a 2020 No Boundaries/Forest River travel trailer that has the OEM/factory-installed solar package. That includes a GP-PWM-10-SQ solar controller and a 100-watt flexible panel on the roof with two 6v AGM batteries. I am interested in adding to the system. I am quite naive when it comes to electric/solar stuff, so I wanted to make sure I am doing the right thing. If the GP-PWM-10-SQ accepts up to 190 watts, and I have currently have a 100-watt panel, that means that I should be OK adding a 55-watt flexible panel, correct? Also, what glue/sealant do you recommend we use to adhere it to the roof? Thank you!
