Question:

I have the Ford TPMS system and based on their info I cant determine if their TPMS sensors will work with this wheel. Do you know if these sensors will work with this wheel? Here is the Ford description. TPMS Sensors note: wheel sensors only fit wheels with J-type flange wider than 3.5 in 88.9 mm and a .452 in 11.48 mm valve stem hole. Trailer TPMS Sensors connect wirelessly to the Trailer TPMS Module

I do have an option for you but the Ford TPMS for Trailers only works with 15" and smaller trailer wheels due to the valve stem hole size of .452" they use. The valve stem hole size on a 16" and larger trailer wheel like the Westlake 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w 17-1/2" Lynx Aluminum Wheel # LHAS701 will be .625". Therefore, in order to run TPMS on larger wheels you'll need an aftermarket system like the Tuson Towable Tire Pressure Monitoring System part # 335TPMS6WIVS.
