Yes! The Rhino-Rack Dome 1300 Awning - Roof Rack Mount - Bolt On # RR32125 comes with the brackets that attach directly to Pioneer Platforms like the # RR87QX. This pioneer platform is a confirmed fit for the 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport with flush rails.
I went ahead and attached the parts list that shows these brackets that are included in the # RR32125.
