Manufacturers don't list the parts that they use on their trailers so you'll need to measure the distance from the center of the port to center of the other port (pictured below) to determine the correct replacement.
For example the Lippert Replacement Hydraulic Cylinder for RV Slide-Out # LC342328 you were looking at has a 41" port to port measurement.
