Is it possible to lower or raise this jack with a drill once you take the handle off?

The Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels item # ORJW750BD does not have the ability to be operated by a power drill. The handle attaches magnetically and the fitting is not compatible with a socket.

For a side wind jack that is able to be powered by a drill I recommend the Trailer Valet JXC Trailer Jack w/ Footplate and Drill Powered Option item # TV94FR. This JXC A-frame trailer jack features a manual hand crank, but can also be powered by any 18-volt to 24-volt compact drill when using the included attachment.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
