Yes, you can use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 to flat tow your 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4. The Falcon 2 tow bar is rated for up to 6,000lbs and the curb weight on your Ram is between 4,899lbs to 5,249lbs depending on your options. In the event you are planning on hauling additional gear in your Ram while flat towing I do recommend moving up to the Blackhawk 2 Tow Bar # RM-422 as it is rated for 10,000lbs.
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-522203-5 will accept either of the tow bars listed above. It features quick release mounting arms and does not require a cross bar. When this base plate was installed on a Ram 1500 with 275/55R20 tires the arms measured at 18" height. You will want to measure the height of the receiver on your motorhome to ensure you will have no more than 3" difference in height or you may need a Adapter like # RM-048-4 to keep the bars within 3" of level. If you can confirm your tire size and the receiver height I can help you determine if you will need this adapter or a taller adapter.
The RoadMaster Falcon 2 Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-1 or RoadMaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-3 will provide you the cables, wiring and storage bags needed for their corresponding tow bar.
You will need a supplemental braking system like the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 if your motorhome has hydraulic brakes. If it has air brakes the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 would be the kit you want to use. Both kits mount on your Ram so there is not a unit that will need to be removed any time you disconnect your truck.
