Question:

I have a Toyota Prius C and a Euro Bar Rhino Rack with its recommended bar size. If I get the 54 inch bar, will I be able to change the bars to put the 54 inch bar on my Prius. I want to carry a one person canoe flat along with a kayak on a J rack, and the standard bar on the Prius C will not accommodate both of them.

It looks like the Rhino-Rack crossbars that fit your 2018 Toyota Prius c have the 42" length. Sometimes you can use slightly larger or smaller Rhino-Rack crossbars but since you're wanting to use 54" crossbars that are 12" longer than what fits your vehicle we'll need to find you a different system. and for that I recommend Yakima JetStream system as it's the only roof rack system that doesn't have restrictions on upgrading the crossbars.
