Troubleshooting Ignition of Excel RV Tankless Water Heater

Question:
I installed my new excel tankless water heater as directed. I assured for propane, I installed the D batteries correctly. It doesnt do anything. No ticking, no lights, no hot or warm water even. Can you troubleshoot please ?

Please ensure your water is flowing/able to flow. If the water is pressure and flow is insufficient on the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater, # EX93FR for safety, it will not ignite.
