Can a Malone Anti-Rattle HitchLock System Item # MPG908 be used in conjunction with the anti-rattle that is part of the Thule EasyFold XT bike rack # TH903202?

Yes the Malone Anti-Rattle HitchLock System Item # MPG908 will fit the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which does have an anti-rattle hitch pin. It will pull the rack a little tighter to the hitch tube.
