What is the Coldest Temperature Setting For the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner?

Question:

Hi there, I am looking to put your small AC unit in a small enclosed trailer. Using for multiple purposes but one is for a meat locker and I want the temp to be mid 30s if I can get it that cool. Is this possible with your units?

The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135B paired with their Air Distribution Box & Thermostat # ACRG15 will have a lowest temperature setting of only 60 degrees Fahrenheit. You will need a refrigerator truck type unit to be able to get the temperatures that low and you will need to create an insulation system inside your enclosed trailer.

As a general rule of thumb depending on insulation factor and AC unit I use a 20 degree swing. You can generally only expect the air conditioner to lower the outside air temperature around 20 degrees.
