The original bolts are seized and snapping off I’d like to buy these new clamps AND the bolts with the clamping bar that goes under the track. 2006 Tacoma. How do I get those Bolts?

The bolts you need to go are the Replacement Bolts for Toyota Tacoma Adapter Mounting Kits # TA7521446001. These replace the bolts for the Toyota Tacoma Mount Kit for Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack # TH34000.
