Can RV Flooring Adhesive for Vinyl Over Wood # TS76FR Install on Painted Floor

Question:
I want to put down the vinyl flooring but, I have painted my wooden floor of my cargo trailer with porch paint. Curious if the adhesives you sell would work with the painted floor? Thanks

The RV Flooring Adhesive for Vinyl Over Wood # TS76FR that you referenced can't work on a painted surface directly but can if the paint is removed.
