According to the Yakima fitguide you're looking for the Q7 Clips part 8000607 which have been discontinued. To utilize your round bars for your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 you can use the following parts instead:
BaseLine Towers - # Y28TR
RoundBar SL Adapter - # Y03536
BaseClip Fit Kit - # Y06122
