Question:
he best roof rack for a 2017 Lexus RX 350 with panoramic roof is the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar part # TH711220, part # TH710601, and part # TH186044 This was the suggestion from your tech persons which I bought Now I am wondering whether the grip on the flush rail will be strong enough [I installed the front one and seems ok, but the rear bar is very flimsy held even after tightening ? recommended distance from the front one ?

Sorry to hear about your issue!
As far as the recommended distance between the WingBar Evo crossbars # TH711220, Thule recommends approximately 27-1/2 inches (700mm) of crossbar spread between the front of the front crossbar to the front of the back crossbar. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this recommendation.
The crossbar spread is important because the rear crossbar will receive a different amount of wind resistance based on the distance apart.
