The Bulldog coupler lock you referred to, part # BD580403 would not fit the Titan Brake Actuating Coupler you mentioned. The lock simply is not compatible with that style of coupler.
A better choice would be a Universal Coupler Lock like the Fastway # FA86-0015-318. I have linked you to a product demonstration video showing how the lock works. To view the video, simply click the link.
