Question:
need a replacement axle for my travel trailer E12RB Econ trailer can you help

From what I was able to find about your E12RB Econ trailer it looks like you have a 3,500 lb axle. You will need to verify the capacity. In order to choose the correct replacement, you will need the capacity as well as the hub face to hub face measurement. See the attached picture that shows where to measure.
If you find that your current axle measures 89" and has a 3,500 lb capacity you could use the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e65GR you were looking at. If you can match up the spring seat measurement, in this case it is 74", that would be best. If not, you can still use the axle as long as the hub face measurement is the same. If the spring seat measurement is different you will need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS238 to match.
I have attached some review videos for your reference.
