Dimensions of Backing Plate for Surco Spare Tire Bike Rack

Question:
Surco Spare Tyre Bike Rack- I need Replacement Backing Plate. Please send me measurement of the square insert, connecting with the rack and diameter of the bolt fixing rack to this square. I am asking because I wont use this plate for my Sport Rack Pathway Deluxe 3-bike Rack. Thank you for your help.

The square shank on the Replacement Backing Plate for Surco Spare Tire Bike Rack # SPN-115 is 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" and measures 3-3/4" long while the holes for the bolts have a 3/4" diameter and are spaced 2-3/4" apart evenly. The bolt used to secure the rack is a 5/8-11 coarse thread. Attached is a photo for you to reference.
