The wattage replenishment needed is going to vary on the amount you'll be drawing from your battery bank while you're boondocking. To determine this you'll need to calculate how many amps every single appliance you plan on using is going to draw per day and add them all together to ensure that your battery bank can power all of these items and that your solar panels can replenish them.

I've attached some articles that offer a ton of knowledge and prep tips to help you determine the correct solar panel system for your application.

Since you stated you'll be in the rain you'll most likely be getting very little power replenishment for your battery bank and will need to instead use a generator to power your RV. For this I recommend the etrailer Portable RV Generator # 333-0005. This 4,500 Watt generator runs off of propane or gas and has an electric push button start for easy use.
