The TorkLift Talon Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLF2021A and TorkLift Talon Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLF3008A are designed to work with a running board or step underneath the bed so you should have no issues with your factory running boards on your 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty with an 8' bed.
If you need some turnbuckles to complete your setup then I recommend the TorkLift AnchorGuard Derringer Turnbuckles for Truck Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9020.
