Troubleshooting A Jensen VX3528 Radio Has No Sound

I have a jensen vx3528 and my volume isnt working Ive tried resetting the radio but still no luck

Since you mentioned that you're not getting any sound from your Jensen VX3528, this could be caused by a couple things.
I recommend checking that your speakers are even connected. If you had sound prior and now you suddenly have no sound, then this likely isn't the culprit, but may still be worth investigating.
The other reason why you're not getting sound could be caused by one or more speaker wires touching each other or touching chassis ground.
If you find this is the issue, then you'll want to ensure you have a good ground connection, and insulate all bare speaker wires.
