Availability of Rhino Rack Strap Retainer for 2500 Rack With Vortex Aero Crossbars

Question:
The Rhino-Rack 2500 series instructions on page 3 indicate that a strap retainer may be needed. I have the VA crossbars. Is there a strap retainer I can get for this?

Although I was unable to find a reference to a strap retainer in the instructions I believe it is referencing the Vortex Underbar Retainer. This part is now called the Underside Tie Down Point for Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Qty 2 # RRS606.
