Rola Roof Cargo Basket Overhangs Crossbar on 2013 Honda Pilot

Question:
there is an overhang of about 30 inches from the rooof crossbar. will the basket unsupported portion be sturdy 2013 pilot oem roof rack thanks

Ideally you would want a wider crossbar spread to support the weight more evenly when using a cargo basket. As long as the bulk of the weight is more centered, the overhang should not be a problem. Make sure though that the weight in the basket is within the rack and roof capacities, which ever is lower.
The vehicle roof rack and roof capacities may be in the owners manual or could be obtained by contacting Honda.
