I have a great roof rack option for you. However, with your WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520 (black) or # TH711500 (silver), the crossbars will not work with any Yakima components. This is because each crossbar model is designed to fit with specific feet and fit kits made by the same manufacturer. Also, Thule does not make feet or fit kits that are compatible with your flush rails on your 2022 Toyota Highlander.

Although, if you have fixed mounting points that are covered by removable plastic tabs, you can fit a compatible aftermarket roof rack to those mounting points. Yakima has a great option that allows you to do just that!
