What is the difference between all the locks beside the key number? FA86-0015-318 and FA86-0015-310 What is the difference besides the key number? Thank you

The Fastway Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-318 and the other Fastway coupler locks such as # FA86-0015-310 are exactly the same lock.

The only difference is that # FA86-0015-318 has key numbers 318, whereas # FA86-0015-310 mentioned above, will only work with key number 310.
