Your 2017 Thor Palazzo Class c motorhome is built on a Ford Transit chassis.

The Ford Transit wasn't factory prewired for a brake controller. If it has a 7-way, it was installed by Thor Motor Coach. Typically, when an upfitter installs an aftermarket 7-way, they'll run the brake output circuit from the rear bumper to the footwell arear on the drivers side. Look under the dash and above and behind the kick panel for a coiled up length of blue wire, possibly labeled 'Trailer Brakes'.

If this is what you find, to install a brake controller such as the Tekonsha # 90885 Prodigy 2, you'll need a # 20127 pigtail (included with brake controller) and a # 5506 brake controller install kit. The kit includes the necessary hardware, wire and circuit breakers to complete the installation.

If you don't find the output wire, I'd recommend contacting Thor for more information.

I've linked to a video showing a typical installation.

Crazy answer.. my Thor Palazzo is a 30,000 lb Class A diesel-pusher.. definitely not a Ford Transit.

@ScottJ The Thor Palazzo Class A is built on a Freightliner XC-S chassis. Joe mentioned a Class C, which is where the confusion came from. I apologize for the confusion.
