2022 Ford Ranger Trailer Hitch and Towing Parts Recommendations
Question:
Which hitch for my 2022 Ford Ranger? I plan on towing a camper trailer with it.

To tow a trailer with your 2022 Ford Ranger I recommend going with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e63ZR. I attached an installation video for you to check out.
For wiring you need the T-One # 22124 but I recommend swapping out the 7-Way that comes with it with the Hopkins # HM40975 so you have both a 4-Way and a 7-Way connector for any trailer you'll be towing. If you need a brake controller I recommend checking out the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR because it can be installed virtually anywhere and the only thing you'll be seeing is the 3/4" control knob.
To round out your towing setup you also need a ball mount. If you don't already have one I recommend checking out the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048BB because it comes with 3 different hitch ball sizes, has the ability to adjust up and down, and it's rated for up to 10K for towing. This doesn't come with a hitch pin so a locking hitch pin like # 34061075-D is an excellent way to secure your investment.
I also added some videos of these products for you to check out.
