I have a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek and I am wondering if this concealed option will fit. I would prefer concealed but am having trouble finding out if that is an option at all for the XV.

This is a custom fit, hidden crossbar style hitch receiver that will work great on your 2015 Subaru Crosstrek.
The curt item you were looking at is not a custom fit for your year make and model.
*Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56243.
*etrailer 2-3/4" Rise or 4" Drop Ball Mount Kit - 7,500 lbs # EBMK4.
If you need wiring or a ball mount I recommend the items listed above to complete your towing package.
