Replacement Options for 78" Long 3,500 Pound Dexter Axle

Need a replacement for Dexter #3,500, D35 61877. 78” hub face, 68” spring center, 26” leaf spring hole center to hole center.

I do have a solution, but unfortunately we do not have a 3,500 lb axle that matches the length of your current axle. What I can offer is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S05. This system will fit any frame width so it will work well as a replacement for your 78" axle.

It has a 3,500 lb capacity and can bolt or weld to the frame of your trailer. This system would also replace your current leaf springs. It uses L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearings so you won't have to replace your current hubs.
