Yes, your 2022 Ford F-250 can be flat towed as long as you have the four wheel drive model. To do so safely, you will need a base plate, tow bar wiring, a tow bar, a braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.

-Beginning with the base plate, I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM28FR. These are great because unlike traditional base plates, these are virtually invisible when installed, and feature an easy to use draw bars that have a built in pull ring so you can attach and detach quickly.

-Next, you're going to need a tow bar. For your 2022 Ford F-250, I recommend going with the Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676. This tow bar is compatible with the base plate mentioned above, and will do a great job handling the heavier weight of your truck. This tow bar also has built-in LEDs so you can attach and detach your tow bar in low light conditions, if need be.

-Continuing, we will move on to tow bar wiring # RM-152. This will provide your toad with taillights, brake lights, and turn signal lights.

-Finally, you're going to need a braking system. The Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 is a great option. This braking system is a one time install, and will permanently install into your truck so you do not have to set it up each time.
