How Does Yakima Lock Core Get Removed from Cargo Box

Skybox 18 bought in 2012 Broken key was driilled by locksmith left with lock core and broken can only be open with flat screw driver.I have two A146 keys which still working from the other lock and i bought one from you guys few months ago. Pls advise if I need to replace the lock core and some of my questions listed below 1. What type of lock core 2.Control key and number How can I remove the broken drilled lock core but I am able to rotate with screw driver Thank you

The only way you'd be able to remove the lock core is with the Control key part # Y8007835 which hopefully can release your lock core. Hopefully it isn't damaged from what the locksmith did to it.
The correct replacement lock core would then be the part # Y8771-A146.
