Question:

2018 VW Golf SportsWagen with factory roof rails. I need a cross bars which are strong and easy to take off and on. I dont want to leave the system on the car, but only when I need it. Are there less expensive non-aero cross bars? How much weight do these Thule systems hold? Thanks

Instead of having to route the strap around the rails and then tightening them like what we find with the AeroBlade Edge system you will just loosen up the clamps with the WingBar Evo system. Another bonus to the WingBar Evo is more real-estate since the crossbars sit on top of the legs instead of ending inside the legs.
