I'd be more than happy to help you out with the flat towing parts for your 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Here are the parts I recommend:

etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - # e98946 (for standard factory bumper)
etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar - # e34ZR (comes with safety cables)
Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit - # HM56202
Hopkins Nite-Glow Tow Bar Extension Cord w/ Socket - # HM47054
Brake System - Part # DM86VR for hydraulic or part # DM26VR for motorhome air brakes
Brake Light Relay - # RM-88400
High-Low Adapter - See attached article

I like the etrailer tow bar and base plate kit because they are simple yet effective and won't break the bank. The Hopkins wiring keeps you from splicing into your OEM wiring since it tees in behind the tail lights. The brake systems remain installed on your vehicle and are very easy to setup when you get ready to tow.

I've attached some videos for you to check out as well.
