I need to seal the seam on my RV roof. Im interested in: LaSalle Bristol XTRM Universal Non-Sag Sealant for RVs - White - 10.1 oz - Qty 1 Is it UV resistant? Does it have a warranty timeframe - 1 year, 5 year, 10 year? Do you sell by the case?

This is exactly the type product to use for sealing a roof seam on an RV, it is designed to seal the roof membrane edges and vertical surfaces. I suggest the # 34427034145-1 for a self-leveling option with skylights, vents, and other horizontal surfaces of your RV. The manufacturer of LaSalle Bristol XTRM Universal Non-Sag Sealant for RVs, # 344270341437-1 does not list a UV rating only that it is water resistant with a shelf life of 18 months. As with most sealants, they do not have warranties other than an implied warranty- meaning they are supposed to do what the manufacture says they will do (what is printed on side of tube). This is sold quantity of 1 each.
