You do not need to have a 5th wheel hitch in your 2021 Ram 1500 to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57375. The springs are compatible with most 5th wheel hitches if you decide to add one in the future. The only restriction is these will not work on Rams that come with the factory air ride system.
The springs have a 5,000lb capacity rating that will help reduce rear end sag when carrying heavy loads in the bed or towing trailers. Do note that these do not increase your payload and only assist the factory suspension.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ allows you to control the pressure in each air bag from your smart phone using the Air Lift app. This makes the installation easier as well as allows you to control the air pressure from outside the truck to level your load or while driving to dial in the ride quality.
It also features a smart manifold that monitors the air pressure to within 3psi of your settings while you are driving. This is a great feature when you daily commute as you will not need to check for the minimum 5psi in the air bags to prevent damage.
