What Thule Roof Rack do You Recommend for My 2022 GMC Canyon Crew Cab?

Hi, can you please tell me if this Fit Kit for Thule Traverse Roof Rack Feet - 1565 Item # THKIT1565 Will fit my 2022 GMC Crew Cab Canyon Thank you.

I have a roof rack solution for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with Thule that the Fit Kit for Thule Traverse Roof Rack THKIT1565 does not fit your 2022 GMC Canyon Crew Cab. This is because the only engineered fit kit that works with your vehicle is the Fit Kit # TH145179.

With that being said, if you have a current Thule crossbar system, you may be able to utilize your crossbars and feet to work with the fit kit to attach to your vehicle. Feel free to respond with the models of parts you have, and I will be happy to confirm if you can reuse the parts on your Canyon.

If you need a full compatible setup, I recommend the following parts:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 53" # TH711420 (black) or # TH711400 (silver)
- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs # TH710501
- Fit Kit # TH145179
- Thule Same-Key Locks # TH450400

With this roof rack, you get the benefits of an extremely aerodynamic system that ultimately leads to a quieter ride and increase fuel efficiency. Also, since the top channels run the entire length of the crossbar, you have the ability to mount t-slot compatible accessories. This roof rack gives you 165 pounds of maximum weight capacity. As with all roof racks, I recommend consulting with your GMC owner's manual to make sure your roof can handle the weight you wish to transport.
