For your 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-173 if you can reuse the current end links you have from the factory and save yourself some money. If you can't for whatever reason, maybe yours are damaged or you have some other kind of suspension enhancement giving you clearance issues, then you'll need the # RM-1139-173-00, which is the same sway bar but in a kit with the end links.

I've attached a video where Dave runs through the installation of this sway bar on an F-350 to help walk you through the process.
