There is not a replacement lock or cylinder for # N07, Thule key numbers begin with an N and have three digits. Could it be # N007 or # N070 instead?
Replacement # N007 key is part # THKEYN007, the lock cylinder is # THLOCKN007
Replacement # N070 key is part # THKEYN070, the lock cylinder is # THLOCKN070
