Roadmaster Base Plate Kit for 2016 Chevy Traverse

Question:
I have a Road master falcon tow bar and want to set up a base plate on my 2016 Chevy Traverse. Please direct me to the correct base plate. I will be towing this with a 3008 Winnebago Voyage, tow capacity is 5000 pounds, is this getting too close to maximum capacity?

For your 2016 Chevy Traverse the correct Roadmaster base plate kit would be the part # RM-523175-5. It looks like your vehicle at most would be 50 lbs under the towing capacity of your Winnebago so I'd recommend keeping the vehicle free of any cargo weight.
