Question:

Would this door latch work? Is there interior hardware needed for the latch mechanism?

Manufacturers do not list the entry door lock sizes they use so you would need to remove your current door lock and measure the cutout hole to confirm fitment. This can easily be done by removing the screws on the inside portion of your door lock and pulling it off to measure the cutout.

For example, the Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock # BA64FR will fit a cutout hole 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall. It will come with the hardware you need for installation.

If you can provide me with the cutout hole dimensions I can find the correct entry door lock for your 1999 Fleetwood Bounder Class A Motorhome.

@IL I did some research on the Bargman L-300 lock that you mentioned in your question, and it appears that these have not been made in a long time. Specific replacement parts for this particular line are no longer produced. If you are needing to replace the lock, I recommend looking at a similar design handle lock like the Redline Full Size Locking Steel Flush Door Latch # L3980. This will mount in a 3-3/8 inch x 4-5/8 inch hole and will work on doors up to 1-1/16 inches thick.

@RamsayR Closest option we have is the # BA85FR which is for cutouts that are 6" tall x 4" wide. Is it possible your cut out is a little smaller?
